If you wish to make a comment, complaint or suggestion, please ask to speak to Mrs Viv George, our Practice Manager, or write to her at Southway Surgery, 33 Rockfield Avenue, Southway, Plymouth PL6 6DX or complete and submit the form below. She will then discuss the matter with you either in person, or in writing.

Complaints

All complaints in the first instance should be addressed to our Practice Manager, Miss Viv Allen. If you remain dissatisfied, you have the right to ask the Healthcare Commission to review your complaint.
